Condor resumes Palma de Mallorca – Dortmund route

Condor has officially resumed round-trip service between Palma de Mallorca and Dortmund, restoring one of Europe’s key leisure travel corridors to its network at the very start of the peak summer season. The reinstated route strengthens nonstop connectivity between Spain’s largest holiday island and Germany’s Ruhr region, while giving passengers an additional option alongside Eurowings.

From a strategic perspective, Palma de Mallorca has long been a cornerstone leisure destination for the German market, while Dortmund serves as a convenient gateway for western Germany, where demand for sun-and-sea travel remains substantial. Condor’s return to the route underscores the airline’s continued focus on the leisure segment, capitalizing on robust summer demand and broadening its footprint at German airports beyond its traditional hubs.

The route is operated several times per week using Airbus A320 and Airbus A321neo aircraft, providing flexible capacity across different days of the week.
