Technical Issue Details
•Boeing 737-800 (B-1518) was operating flight ZH9804 from Wuxi Airport (WUX) to Shenzhen Airport (SZX).
•During the flight, a passenger looking out the window noticed that a flap rail fairing under the right wing had become loose and partially detached.
